Kyle has been there since the beginning — from small shoots, long nights, and last-minute edits to national campaigns, pro sports, and cross-country travel. He’s helped shape Uncharted into what it is today through consistency, creativity, and an unreal work ethic. If something needs to get done, Kyle figures it out. If a project needs that extra polish, he finds it.

Between managing client relationships, and shooting everything from lifestyle to sports to commercial work, Kyle has become a backbone of the operation. He cares deeply about the people he works with, the brands he represents, and the quality of every frame that leaves our hands.

Riley Strowbridge is the co-founder of Uncharted Media and the driving force behind its vision, energy, and storytelling style. He’s a creator who sees moments before they happen, capturing emotion, intensity, and connection in a way that feels real and unmistakably Uncharted. From pro sports to lifestyle, commercial, and documentary work, Riley brings a unique mix of instinct, ambition, and creativity to every project.

Riley has been building this craft since he was twelve years old. Over the last decade he’s worked with professional athletes, national brands, and global organizations, developing a style rooted in authenticity and human connection. He’s traveled across North America and beyond with teams like the Halifax Thunderbirds and the Haudenosaunee Nationals, always chasing stories worth telling and people worth celebrating.

He’s also partnered with Harvest Clean Eats to help launch their athlete program and continues to expand Uncharted into new creative and commercial ventures. Riley is relentless, passionate, and refuses to coast — always pushing himself, his team, and the brand forward.

Joel is a multi skilled creative who brings talent, positivity, and community everywhere he goes. Known for his versatility and his unique, unmistakable style, he can jump into any project, whether it is music videos, event recaps, concerts, or behind the scenes, and elevate it with ease. He shows up with more gear than anyone, always having exactly what the team needs and always willing to help. Joel is one of the easiest people to work with, keeping sets light, fun, and collaborative while still delivering standout work. Rafe is a Halifax based photographer with a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and confident on camera. His work is grounded in authentic connection, capturing real moments with a clean, intentional style. Outside of client projects, Rafe plays a big role in the local creative community by hosting monthly meet ups that bring photographers together and create space for learning and collaboration. On set, he keeps things light and fun, always good for a laugh while still delivering polished, professional work. Rafe shows up ready, prepared, and fully committed, making him a trusted collaborator on any project.
